About us
Back by popular demand and a longtime tradition, beginning May 15, 2022, the Daoist Gate Center will be resuming our free Tai Chi in the Common classes, led by teacher Stephanie Orme. Come learn the Wudang style 28-form, qi gong (stretching and breathing exercises), and meditation.
There is no need to register - just meet us near the bandstand in the Common.
We meet every Sunday from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. until the weather starts to get cold.
(Check MeetUp for notifications of cancellations due to inclement weather).
This event is free and open to the public of all ages. No prior experience necessary.
