Let's unwind in the park this summer!

Qi Gong is a simple, flowing practice based on aligning and integrating the body. It's suitable for anyone looking to improve their physical or emotional health, as well as for yogis, dancers, bodyworkers, actors, and martial artists looking to deepen their practices.

Class will include general loosening exercises, Qi Gong forms, and some fun animal forms from Dao Yin.

The vibe is loose, playful, and casual. No mats required. This is a free event.

We'll meet in Palmer Square Park across from the intersection of Palmer and Whipple. Message me with any questions or if you get lost.
