LA friends! Join Eli for this introduction to the ancient art of Daoyin. We will embody animals and flow through the five elements as we hop, crawl, and roll through new ways of being alive.
Daoyin is the mother of tai chi, qi gong, and even Chinese opera. It can be wild and theatrical, calm and meditative, and everything in between. It will give you the charisma of Brando and the abs of Britney, but that’s beside the point. Daoyin is a joyous expression of life!
