Year of the Snake Lecture + Daoyin Class (online)

The year of the Wood Snake is upon us. What does that mean for you, your practice, and your community? We'll gather together online for a short talk on Chinese astrology, followed by an hour of snake daoyin.

Magical snakes abound in Chinese myth. They are shapeshifters, associated with the mystical yin aspect of fire, as well as the creation of humankind.

After the talk, we'll let our bodies continue the story. What is it like to be a snake? How do you move when you have no arms and 200 ribs? Let's shed our expectations and meet down in the subterranean realm of the serpent.
