Happiness: What's Your Intention?

Have you ever really sat back and wondered "What do I need to do to be happy?" If you have I'm curious as to what answers came back? And what did you do to make it happen? Did you do anything and therefore did anything change?

Over the last few years I have had to ask myself this question and on some occasions I have implemented the solutions that my mind came up with and sometimes I haven't.

What I have come to realise is that my happiness is not determined by what I do, it is fashioned and formed by what I think.

Let me explain...Is it possible to do something that you enjoy and yet not enjoy it? Of course it is! Why? Because, it is what we are thinking that creates the emotion, and it's the emotion that displays our mood.

Happiness does not come from searching outside of ourselves, it must be an internal reflection on our thoughts and feelings. What we are currently thinking and what sensations we are experiencing are a direct reflection of the constant thought processing the we habitually use.

I will be talking about three concepts that are an absolute must for you to be able to live a more enjoyable and happier life, whatever that is and looks like for you.

I will show and explain that these three patterns are used with the effectiveness to either create a positive or negative influence in your lives, which means you can either use them to build your happiness or break it!
