Meet our Speakers:

* **Luís Sarmento** is the CEO and co-founder of **Inductiva.AI**, a startup developing the computational platform to simulate, predict and optimize all things in Nature. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering (1999), a MSc in Artificial Intelligence (2004), and a PhD in Informatics, all from the University of Porto (2010). Luís has more than 20 years of experience leading R&D teams both in academic (University of Porto, National Foundation for Scientific Computing, Portugal) and industrial settings (Portugal Telecom, Amazon, Google).
* **Julio Martins** is a Co-founder at **Everythink**, specializied in Product Design and Project Management. He's known for co-creating innovative services and products since 2008. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering, with specializations in Product Design and Development and Project Management. Besides, Júlio is also an invited mentor and speaker about design, innovation, and entrepreneurship in several academic and professional institutions.
* **Ricardo Soares** is the Director of Engineering and co-founder of **AddVolt**. He manages R&D, product development, IT, and compliance. He holds a master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and is also invited assistant professor, teaching curriculum units on industrial electronics and electric machines at FEUP.
* **Alexandre Chambel** is a Principal Data Scientist at **Bosch Home Comfort Group**, a division supplier of smart, sustainable, energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and has more than 10 years of experience in Data Science and Data Engineering, creating and delivering data-driven products and solutions in industry and HVAC areas.
* **Nuno Brás** is a co-founder and partner at **DareData Engineering**. With over ten years of experience in developing startups and international business, Nuno has a background in Technological Physics, holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering in the area of Signal Processing. He has also been a university professor for several years in the fields of programming, data, and machine learning.
