Denver Association of Real Estate Investors is once again hosting LIVE monthly meetings. We are so excited to kick off 2023 with our new meeting format in our new location!

The speaker/presenter for this month is Greg Parham. Greg is owner of First Alliance Title and is one of the top Real Estate Attorneys in the country! Greg will be teaching/training on Creative Finance Real Estate deals. He will teach how to legally contract and close Subject To deals, Seller/Owner finance deals and will also speak on the legal way to contract pre foreclosure deals.
