Cultivating Authenticity and Living Brave

Our next meeting will be on Saturday April 25th from 12 - 2pm. The group will be held virtually over Zoom, offering community and support with a focus on self-care and connection during a time full of uncertainty and vulnerability. The next guidepost in the series is Brené Brown's 3rd guidepost, Cultivating a Resilient Spirit: Letting Go of Numbing and Powerlessness. We'll start here see where the conversation will take us.

Our intention is to have a place to land, where you can find and offer support and connect with others while we navigate this time, and all with a dose of Brene Brown research and wisdom to keep us on our path. We look forward to seeing your beautiful faces and hearts!
