Cultivating Authenticity and Living Brave

Our next meeting will be on Saturday May 23rd from 12 - 2pm. The group will be held virtually over Zoom, offering community, support and a space to practice and cultivate wholehearted authentic lives.

We will begin with Brené Brown's 4th guidepost, Cultivating Gratitude and Joy and Letting Go of Scarcity and see where the conversation takes us.
