Join us for an expansive Zoom session designed to bring you fully into the flow state — that sweet spot where body, mind, and creativity move as one.

Event Flow:
• Gentle Opening Yoga – Awaken your body with mindful movement to clear tension and open energy pathways. Suitable for all levels.
• Guided Meditation – Drop into presence with a short, centering meditation to quiet the mind and settle the breath.
• Stream-of-Consciousness Writing – Let words flow without editing or overthinking, accessing deeper clarity, creativity, and insight straight from the present moment.
• Open Practice Discussion – Share experiences, ask questions, and explore techniques for sustaining the flow state in daily life.
