GitLab’s value is in centralizing the SDLC into a single system but the creative part (software development) where business value is created is outside the scope of GitLab.

Coder fits that niche by meeting developers where they are and enabling them to spend more time working and less time fussing with dependencies.

It also uses containers in a similar way to GitLab CI which means developers can use the same methods they’re comfortable with for building and refining coder workspace images as they do with their build and test automation.

Event will be held in person and virtually. For in-person attendance at the Dark Wolf office, we require social distancing, and masks should be worn while up and moving but you may take them off while seated. Our office complies with all CDC, state, and local guidelines.
