A Walk and Picnic along Sailors Memorial Way in Point Pleasant Park

The dry weather and woods ban continue, but Club members have expressed regrets at the lost camaraderie of our Sunday morning walks. So we will schedule some urban walks over the coming weeks. Our first one is this Sunday .... new walkers / non-members are always welcome to join us.
When: Sunday, August 17, registration at 9:30 am, walk departs at 10:00 am.
Where: Point Pleasant Park, assembling at the lower parking lot by the container terminal fence.
The Walk: out and back along Sailors Memorial Way. Probably around 5 kms over 1.5 hrs, respecting all government restrictions.
Picnic Lunch: We will find a suitable spot in which to enjoy a picnic lunch together - please bring your own food and beverage.
