This is a gentle Yoga Class, for people of all levels, from beginner to experienced. It consists of postures, breathing practices and deep relaxation.

To join the class, please;

1. RSVP - this gives you access to the registration link

2. Register using the link

You will then receive the Monday Postures class link via Zoom

Once you have the link you can reuse it each week for this class.

(Each class has a different link, so if you would like to join another class as well, please register for each one individually).
