DWRT Saturday Morning Long Runs

Details:

  • Bag check is currently not available at this time.
  • All runners are encouraged to bring their own hydration and nutrition for the duration of the long run, as water stops may or may not be available along the route.
  • Route, Distance, and Workout will be posted prior to the event and announced just before execution.
  • Expected Distance: ~13-21mi (Dependent on active training plans)
  • Available Pace Groups: ~7:15/mi - 10:30/mi
