I love running and I love this group! Friendly bunch of runners with ambitious goals - what's not to love?

What's your 5k, half marathon, or marathon race pace so we can plan pace groups at our runs?

Race PRs by pace - 7:00 for a 4-miler, 7:12 for a 10K, 7:37 for a half-marathon, 8:16 for a marathon. I've still got a lot of work to do!

On your training runs, how many miles do you run?

Anywhere from 5 to 22 (especially during marathon season).

Where do you do most of your training?

Downtown mainly - East or West side running paths, sometimes Central Park, and occasionally North Brooklyn. I love bridges and running on the bridle path.
