Introduce yourself

I am a new runner who is looking for a team.

What's your 5k, half marathon, or marathon race pace so we can plan pace groups at our runs?

I'm not sure I know. I can run one mile in 10:00 but can't sustain the pace for longer.

On your training runs, how many miles do you run?

I usually try tor run 5K two or three times a week, and then 10K on the weekend (but that's a recent achievement).

Where do you do most of your training?

Prospect Park or Central Park.
