There is a lot of technical content on Data & AI, but not much around how to lead a Data & AI practice or project to a successful implementation in an organization. This group will focus on non-technical aspects of Data & AI leadership challenges. Topics of this group will not be technology or vendor-specific; it will be broader around how to build a Data & AI team, how to choose the best path moving forward for your project, how to get project sponsorship from SLT, how to lead a successful project in Data & AI, and anything that the leaders, managers, CIOs or CXOs need to get a successful adoption of Data & AI in their organization.
