Organisations struggle with justifying investment this year on AI strategy when the payback and impact to the workforce is so dynamic, that it causes frustration with users. Hear from Jason Yung on how he has observed the lessons learnt, and the areas to consider to ensure you have the right preparation discussions to align Mindset and People to the strategy, rather than building a strategy that no one truly believes in

About me
Jason Yung leads thought leadership, innovation and advisory across AWS Data Strategy and AI to help AWS customers unlock the power of their data to drive business use cases and drive organizations to become truly data-driven.
He is also the EMEA Champion of the Learning from Amazon (LfA) program, teaching customers how to take Amazonian mechanisms and learnings and apply innovation at scale.
As a Data Evangelist for over 20 years, Jason has deep Financial Services, Retail, Supply Chain, Operational and Marketing knowledge from both a business and technical perspective. Prior to joining Amazon Web Services in 2021, he was the Chief Data Officer at HSBC UK and Europe as well as working with some of the largest banks in the world including Royal Bank of Scotland and leading retail organisations such as Myer Australia.
