Welcome to Data Tuesday!
This event was started to encourage data-related professionals, entrepreneurs, developers, and investors to gather in a real-world, casual morning meet-up to chat, network, and grow.
The purpose of the meetup is to expand your circle wider and meet people related to data industry, have a good cup of morning coffee, discuss the latest developments, and share experiences before heading to the office, or indeed WFH.
We started in Singapore, yet brew data coffee around the APAC.

After full event in April across four locations, it is time for Data Tuesday Singapore 9!
Join us for another casual morning coffee to meet new tech and data industry people - to discuss and explore data innovation in use cases such as AI, Quantum Computing, data regulation, finance, investment environment and beyond!
Data and innovation go hand in hand, whether that involves AI or ways to automate governance and data management functions. Let's discuss the latest trends in how data management, machine learning and data science functions are evolving in to the future.
Last event notes below. DT # 8 topic was Gen AI and Data. This came about after CDAO and apidays week of excellent data conferences.
Some of the takeaways from those data and AI discussions:
- Business is still first - Align AI projects with core business goals.
- Customer centricity - Use AI to enhance the customer experience.
- Strategic partnerships - Consider collaborations and find the balance between building in-house versus buying.
- Create a detailed strategy to measure AI's impact on the business.
- Address data quality, talent gaps and legacy system integration.
- Regionally Asia has many AI hotspots, such as China and Japan.
- Companies are doing a lot of POCs across the board in APAC. To find a solution which is production ready is harder.--
The Data Tuesday event is in collaboration with DAMA (Data Management) association. Data management experts, architects, and leaders are welcome. The purpose is to connect data-related professionals for networking and sharing, without constraints.

The location is The Terrace Cafe at Conrad Centennial, next to the Millennia Walk Monument Square. Please try to locate organizer Ville or Desiree, we do not have specific signage.
Two rules of the DT event:
- Strictly no soliciting or shilling.
- Coffee is not free. In fact, it is expensive (but of great quality). Please do the right thing and order a coffee or drink, so we can appreciate the amazing venue we have. Breakfast available.

Cafe is next to Monument Square of Millenia Walk (18-metre tall white marble spiral helix and roundabout).
From Conrad lobby walk through to the other side. You can see The Terrace cafe at the corner of roundabout. Ask Lobby for directions if you can't find.
