What we’re about
On the second Wednesday of the month the digital analytics community gets together for one or two short talks in an informal setting. There's lots of time for open ended discussion and to socialise. Plus there's free drinks!
Open to anyone interested in digital analytics, we have people ranging from beginners through to analytics gurus and from marketing through to technical spaces, and everything in between.
Data & Analytics Wednesday is a great place to learn about what's happening in the digital analytics field, meet your peers and solve problems together.
Note: when you RSVP, your contact details may be shared with our host venue to speed up signing everyone in.

Parul Oberai, Founder – ASK Parul (YouTube) | AI & Data Strategy | Career ReinventionWe’re trained to use data to drive business performance — but what if we applied the same thinking to our own lives?
In this talk, Parul Oberai — executive data leader, financial educator, and transformation mentor — explores how professionals can leverage data and analytical thinking to make smarter career moves, manage finances with clarity, and avoid burnout. Having lived and worked across 5+ countries and mentored over 100 global professionals, she brings a unique perspective that blends AI leadership, financial education, and real-world transformation.
Drawing on 15+ years of experience in AI and data analytics, her content creation work (150+ videos on career, life, and finance), and her coaching background, Parul challenges common data and AI myths. She shares actionable frameworks to help you become irreplaceable at work, advocate for your growth, and future-proof your career in an increasingly competitive world.
A completely different approach to understanding your customers: Visual Analytics
Nathan Scully, Co-Founder, AdoraYour conversion rates are (probably) wrong. Building Adora, we have had a lot of fun (or pain?) figuring out the right way to present a simple number like a conversion rate in a user journey. There are a lot of hidden surprises and edge cases when you start digging.
Nathan will be doing a deep dive into why calculating conversion rates in user journeys is so hard and subjective.
