DIY Anti-Burnout System (no special skills required)

In this hands-on session we’ll help you spot burnout before it happens, and put a system in place that will help you avoid it. We'll explore the four elements of the system that drives burnout, and guide you through building a clear view of how these elements show up in your own life. Working from this starting point, we’ll then identify which aspects of the system you would most like to adjust, how to judge whether your adjustments are working, and how to keep improving your system over time. By the end of the session, you will have a working prototype of your own, personalised anti-burnout system.

What's this all about?
On the second Wednesday of every month the digital analytics community gets together for one or two short talks in an informal setting. There's lots of time for open ended discussion and to socialise. Plus there's free drinks!

Open to anyone interested in digital analytics, we have people ranging from beginners through to analytics gurus and from marketing through to technical spaces, and everything in between.
