Washington, DC is committed to harnessing the power of our data to be a data-driven decision-making city. Through strategic collaboration with a focus on people, processes and technology in our government, data will inform us to ensure we continue to make equitable progress across gender, race, ethnicity, and ward. The Office of the Chief Technology Officer’s (OCTO) Enterprise Data team is excited to work with residents, students and interested persons on how to enhance their knowledge the District's Open Data DC portal.

OCTO’s Matt Sokol, Chief Data Officer, and Data Scientist, Hersh Gupta, and GIS Analyst Alex Santos in collaboration with the Data Community DC will share various concepts and techniques to help users navigate Open Data DC.
