Data Drinks: Building an Open Source Data Lake on Apache Iceberg

​Our guest speaker in the bar for our lightning talk this time is friend of the community, Ryan Ovas, Founder of Polar Labs, who will give a short presentation on "Building an Open Source Data Lake with Apache Iceberg".
