In Part 2 we will discuss the need to understand customer drivers and their influence on business outcomes, and present a set of reusable, modular and technology agnostic data and analytics artefacts which deliver insight into customer journeys, conversion attribution and become a primary input into feature engineering that is required for advanced customer intelligence.
This part of the series will introduce the core concepts and business value of understanding customers, then turn into a deep dive into technical designs that enable this value. The intended audience is broad, but perhaps are required to be more technically oriented. We’d love to see data engineers, data modellers, campaign analysts and data scientists - anyone who is responsible for delivering customer intelligence, insights and campaign performance reporting.
The remainder of the series expands on the next two foundations of the Engage CX framework, taking a deeper dive into the technology, people, data and processes that are required to deliver best-practice end-to-end customer engagement capability.
