I am very pleased to invite you to the official start of the JADS CLLQM and the Data-driven Society Meetup series.
For all the positive attention data science is getting, AI has been in the news lately in relation to some rather distressing scenario’s.

Are we really building an artificial intelligence-powered dystopia? Or even worse did we already lose control of some sort of superhuman intelligence AI researchers have spawned? Probably not. But it begs the question what AI has in store for us.

It’s a great honor to have Tilburg University professor in Artificial Intelligence and distinguished JADS colleague Eric Postma (http://ericpostma.nl/) share the current state of AI research and his expectations of AI development in the nearby future.
