Micro Projects: Member-Led Group Volunteer Projects - 5th Cohort

Join us as we launch the 5th Microprojects cohort!

Microprojects are short term data projects that are initiated and led by Data for Good Calgary community members and serve a social benefit. The initiative aims to create more volunteering opportunities for members to grow their skills, network, work on meaningful projects, and have fun!

You are invited to pitch your project idea at the meetup. Any idea will work - large or small - as long as it has a social good outcome in mind. In this Meetup, we will go over the:

• Project initiation process
• Team formation process
• Training and onboarding
• Data for Good core team and Project Management
  support/oversight
• What to expect from Project initiation to Project close-out

This Meetup will also include a networking session where we will brainstorm potential project ideas together and start to form teams.
