We will have presentations from four of the teams that have been busy since January.
- Mapping Short-Term Rentals and Housing Supply Pressure in Calgary - spatial representation of Calgary communities based on a statistical index showcasing the correlation between short term rentals, secondary suite apartments as well as residential developments.
- Calgary Community Resource Accessibility Dashboard - A Dashboard helping newcomers to Canada find resources such as access to shelter, food etc.
- Local AI Collective - AI Chatbots for local nonprofits and businesses.
- Calgary Community Assistant - AI-powered Q&A tool for Calgary neighborhoods — using real community data (crime, housing, 311, permits, census) from Calgary Pulse.
