What topics would you like to hear at future events?

Dr Karolyn Kerr is the Owner and Principal Consultant at Illuminare. Illuminare has been providing data governance and data management consultancy services across New Zealand for the past 8 years.
As well as wide ranging experience in government and private organisations, Karolyn has a PhD in information systems and has books and peer reviewed papers on data quality and management. Karolyn knowledge remains current through regular attendance at conferences and seminar.
Engagements enable organisations with strategic and tactical solutions to support business strategic goals through better access to high quality data. Karolyn provides coaching and mentoring services to incumbent staff to support the development of inhouse skills and individual careers. Illuminare is now providing support to organisations wishing to embark on AI solutions through data audit and preparation assessments, ensuring the organisation can make accurate assessments of the resources required and potential risks before committing. Once the decision is made, Illuminare provides AI governance support for the introduction of governance where the organisation doesn’t currently have structures in place, or to integrate the new requirements AI brings into the existing structures.
