The Product Alliance - Define 'better' - Yoav Yechiam, Partner at the Product Alliance, will talk about the cross-section of his two fields of expertise: Product Strategy & Analytics. There are many (maybe endless) ways to make our products better, so how do we distinguish between doing the right thing at the right time vs. the right thing at the wrong time? In this talk we will share a few methods and tools to help us truly evaluate our opportunities, to help us in making the critical decision of what to focus on.

About our lecturers:

Yoav Yechiam, Analytics Expert, The Product Alliance
Yoav is a globally recognized Analytics expert and a partner at the Strategy consulting firm The Product Alliance. Yoav comes from an Entrepreneurial background, being a 4 time CEO. He has worked with various companies, from startups to enterprises on Product Strategy and data-driven optimizations. Yoav lectures in Product Management courses such as UC Berkeley, Netcraft, and Shenkar. His articles were published on Mind the Product, VentureBeat, and more.

Ian O Brien - Senior Vice President, Heap
Ian has spent the last 18 years working in the software industry, working for big brands such as Oracle and scaling with companies like Qualtrics, MongoDB and now Heap. Ian leads a global team in Heap and has been helping customers build amazing products for the last 14 months. Ian is originally from Dublin, Ireland and is based between there and London, England. In his spare time, Ian is desperately trying to extend his football playing into his 50’s and is spending ever-increasing amounts of time doing yoga with his wife to facilitate this.

Dan Wiseman - Principal Solutions Consultant, EMEA, Heap
Dan has spent the last decade working with some of the world's largest organisations on their digital transformations. At Heap, Dan is a strategic advisor to organisations striving to get the best understanding possible of the way their digital products and experiences are used. Born and raised in the South East of England, Dan is a dog lover, sneaker enthusiast, terrible golfer and recent new parent.
