The Festival will take place over three connected venues: Arsenal, Chaufferie and Maison du Bois. The main entrance and registration desk will be located at the Arsenal – please arrive at the Arsenal and direct participants to this venue in order to collect their badges. Upon arrival, a member of the Forum Europe team will be on hand to direct participants to your room. Please note that only part of the venue is accessible for individuals with limited mobility.

Meetup time: 18:00 - 20:00
Meetup room: Arsenal C
Refreshments and drinksLight snacks will be available directly in your room.
The event drinks reception will take place from 17:30 until 19:30 with a cash bar, but drinks will be offered to Meetup participants by the Digital Festival with a token system. Upon their arrival, we will be provide youwith tokens for participants - you will then be able to distribute these directly to each Meetup participant when they arrive in the room. It will be one token per person, but additional tokens can be purchased until 19:30. The bar itself will remain open and continue serving people who have already purchased their tokens until 20:30. For logistical reasons, it will not be possible to keep the bar open after 20:30. The bar is located right outside of your room and will only be able to accept cash payments. There are no cash machines in the venue unfortunately.
Participant list
In order to provide participants with their badges, we would need a list of your Meetup participants by Tuesday, 30 May. For security reasons, only participants wearing a badge will be allowed access to the venue. The list should include full name and organisation of each participant.
WiFi
