Bio & Talk Description:
Josh Jacobson is an elected neighborhood commissioner, a civic tech developer, karaoke star, and father of a 5 month old. With his full time job and baby, he barely has time for his other hobbies.
This talk walks through the eleven AI agents that keeps him on schedule for his civic tech projects and it will show how he ships his projects quickly without staying up all night. Josh will walk through the whole setup - how projects are laid out in worktrees, how a sprint runs from backlog to deployed URL, and the roster of agents. He will demonstrate how his orchestrator begins the sprint at the start of the talk, and the audience will get to see what it shipped by the end.
