The success of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications significantly hinges on the quality of the data utilized. High-quality data is paramount for model accuracy, robustness, and reliability. This session explores the critical dimensions of data quality, including accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness, and their impact on AI performance.This session engages in a comprehensive framework outlining best practices for data collection, cleaning, and validation to mitigate common challenges such as bias, noise, and missing values. Moreover, case studies illustrating successful data enhancement initiatives across various industries underscore the transformative potential of investing in data quality. By fostering a culture of data stewardship and employing advanced technologies for data management, organizations can enhance their AI capabilities, leading to more insightful decision-making and improved outcomes.
Aarohi currently works as a Senior Data Engineer at CVS Health. She builds data pipelines to capture product adoption metrics and then use this data to send out recommendations for the opportunity analytics. Previously she worked with Walmart for the Workforce Management and Contact Center Analytics teams building large scale data pipelines and capturing metrics using PowerBI and Tableau.
