Fatos works as a Senior Data & AI Solutions Architect at Microsoft UK. He is passionate about using state of the art techniques and technologies to deliver solutions to business and societal problems using Machine Learning and AI. Fatos leads the Conversational AI and Cognitive Services task force within Microsoft UK, and focuses on helping large enterprises adopt AI and ML at scale. He advises C-level execs, Heads of Analytics, Heads of Data Science, Machine Learning Leads, Chief Data Officers, Lines of businesses, and Data and AI Architect and Developers on how to achieve AI maturity, construct cross-functional Data Science teams, and build AI capability in Microsoft’s Azure Cloud. He works with some of the largest organizations in the world within Financial Services, Insurance, Public Sector, Media and Telco, and Manufacturing industries to name a few.
Outside of Microsoft, Fatos runs the Data Science Initiative meetup community in London, which is a community of over 3600 Data Scientists where he facilitates an environment for Data Scientists to gather and collaborate and share knowledge and experience through free talks, hands-on workshops, and hackathons. Fatos is an international speaker and is often found presenting on topics such as MLOps, NLP, Cognitive AI and Machine Learning. Fatos holds a BSc in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Data Warehouses and Business Intelligence.
