What happens when you put six interesting research papers and a room full of data people together? Let’s find out!

For this meetup, you pick the paper. Choose one from the list below ahead of time and come ready to discuss it, or show up and pick a paper when you arrive. We’ll split into small groups, dig into the ideas, argue about what’s interesting (and what isn’t!), and then bring the best insights back to the whole room.

No PhD required. No expectation that you understand every equation. Just bring your curiosity and your perspective. Come read something interesting, meet some fellow data people, and help us try out a new format for Data Science KC!
