Will co-founded the Global English Institute in northern Iraq, an initiative empowering refugees and serving over 500 students annually. His travels to more than 35 countries continue to shape his unique approach to building inclusive, forward-thinking solutions.

As the Product Owner of FreshAi at Wendy’s, Will helped lead the development of the world’s first fully automated drive-thru in partnership with Google Cloud. Recently recognized by Fast Company as the Next Big Thing in Tech for 2025, FreshAi has redefined the quick-service restaurant experience, serving over 5 million guests with 35,000 daily interactions. Now scaling across the U.S. and Canada, FreshAi reflects Will’s ability to craft compelling narratives and turn them into groundbreaking, accessible, and personalized customer experiences.
