This session explores the emerging role of generative image and video models in feature filmmaking and visual effects. We’ll look at how these tools are beginning to influence concept design, previs, and post-production workflows — from rapid visual exploration to new forms of creative iteration — and discuss what this means for artists and storytellers as the technology continues to evolve.

Daniel Revkin has worked in visual effects for over a decade with a wide range of experience spanning a variety of modalities. Daniel's time in visual effects has included work on Dawn and War for the Planet of the Apes, Obi Wan, Call of the Wild and much more. In recent years, Daniel has taken a focus on automation, including leveraging LLMs for various VFX workflows.
