SEGDA: Socio-Environmental Grid Disruption Analysis Framework
A Multi-Scale Analysis of Environmental Justice and Energy Infrastructure Burden in California
California's most vulnerable communities face more catastrophic power outages, but this gets hidden when data is analyzed at the county level — making about 2.35 million residents invisible to planners. The study argues that neighborhood-level data is essential for fair grid investment and environmental policy decisions.

TERRA: Teaching Environmental Resilience through Real-time AI
A Multi-Domain Analysis of AI-Powered Learning Gains Across Six Critical Environmental Knowledge Areas
This study created an AI teaching platform that uses live government data (weather alerts, air quality, etc.) to educate people on environmental topics through conversation. By using shorter assessments and real-time local data, they kept 85% of participants engaged versus 50% with traditional methods — suggesting AI chatbots could be a scalable way to boost environmental literacy.
