📱 By leveraging artificial intelligence, Bank of Georgia has made its service processes faster and more flexible. An agentic bot integrated into the mobile bank provides users with instant 24/7 support, while a dedicated AI assistant helps frontline employees handle daily service operations more efficiently.
🚀 During the meetup, representatives from Bank of Georgia will share the journey of implementing and developing AI bots — the challenges they faced along the way and the results they have achieved today.

Together with the data analytics team, Nata supports solving business challenges through artificial intelligence and implementing these solutions in practice. She has many years of experience in introducing data-driven decision-making in financial institutions.
🔻 Liza Kurashvili, Data Scientist at Bank of Georgia
Liza's work mainly focuses on developing generative AI solutions and applying machine learning techniques to solve business problems. She is also a student at ISET.
🔻 Sandro Dolidze, Product Owner at Bank of Georgia
Sandro has many years of experience working on digital products. At Bank of Georgia, he is the Product Owner of the mobile banking AI bot, responsible for its development and for delivering the best possible customer experience.
🔻 Davit Morgoshia, Data Scientist at Bank of Georgia
Davit is working on the development of AI-driven systems. He has experience in building, implementing, and monitoring agentic chatbots.
