GDPR - risks for personal data protection: marketing SaaS & cloud services

Details
First meetup of Data Security in Berlin!
We will meet over a coffee in informal atmosphere to talk about the risks relating to the personal data protection under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation issued by the European Union, entering into force on 25th May 2018 - so already in 2 months!).
WHAT WILL WE DISCUSS?
We will focus on the aspects which are typically not widely discussed but may be the source of severe liability under the GDPR - using SaaS solutions in your business, especially in marketing departments.
Nowadays marketing and e-commerce use several tools for contacting their clients; many of those solutions are cloud-based, which means that some personal controlled by your business data may be processed by third parties, in unknown locations.
GDPR foresees several limitations and sanctions relating to the processing of personal data. In particular, it is very strict with regards to the processing of personal data outside the EEA countries.
Join us to discuss about these issues and ask your questions which may relate to your business.
