Community Social and Showcase - September

Hi Everyone!

Hope you've all had a great summer!

We are delighted to get the support of AIB in hosting our next event as we take DataKind DUB on the road around the rapidly expanding technology community here in Dublin!

We'll kick off our Autumn Sprint Cycle with a social gathering for our DK DUB family and for our newer members to hear about the projects we have working on over 2017 so far and whats happening over the next 2 months.

There will be a drinks reception and a few short talks from the DKDUB team, charity projects we have been working on, Irish Penal Reform Trust ( http://www.iprt.ie ) & the Well Woman Centre in Dublin (http://wellwomancentre.ie) and one of our new project partners, Food Cloud (https://food.cloud/). The event will begin at 6.45 and we'll be heading to the Duke afterwards for a few more sociable beers.

The first working session of the Autumn sprint will be soon after this event, so if you are keen to get your hands dirty and help some really great charities in Dublin make better decisions using their data - make sure to turn up and register your interest!
