Growing the Databricks Ecosystem - SAP Partnership & Bladebridge Acquisition

Last month, Databrick announced a new partnership with SAP which we think can be game changing for our industry. In short, it is the marriage between the most important business data for enterprises globally (SAP data) and the best data platform in the market (Databricks).

Databricks has expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of BladeBridge, a startup specializing in enterprise data warehouse migration solutions. The acquisition aims to enable businesses to easily transition from over 20 data warehouses, including Snowflake and Teradata, to Databricks SQL.
