We’re returning to Big Data LDN for a special edition of the Databricks London Meetup, bringing the community together at Olympia London after the first day of the conference.
Join us on Wednesday 23 September from 6pm to 7.30pm for an evening of technical talks, practical experience and honest conversation about working with Databricks. Whether you’re already building on the platform, exploring where it could fit, or simply want to meet other people working across data and AI, you’ll be very welcome.
We’re working with Databricks on the speaker line-up and will share the full agenda shortly. As ever, the aim is to keep the content useful and grounded, with experienced practitioners sharing what they have learnt from real projects rather than delivering sales pitches.
The meetup will take place inside Big Data LDN at Olympia London. The exact theatre and its location on the event map are still to be confirmed. We’ll update this page as soon as those details are finalised, so please keep an eye on the event updates before travelling.

6pm to 7.30pm: Databricks London Meetup
From 7.30pm: Databricks Data After Hours on the rooftop
Following the meetup, the evening will continue with Databricks Data After Hours, a separate rooftop event for further conversation, drinks and networking with the wider Databricks community.
Data After Hours requires a separate registration. Please RSVP at Databricks Events and please note you must use a company email - Gmail/Hotmail etc not accepted. Entry is open to Corporate Customers, folks working for consultancies, contractors and students may not be accepted.

Big Data LDN takes place at Olympia London on 23 and 24 September 2026. Entry is free, but advance registration is required. The main exhibition is open from 9am to 6pm on Wednesday, with the Databricks London Meetup beginning after the first day closes.
