Akshita Gupta is a Gen AI and Data Science leader with 18 years of experience driving enterprise‑scale AI transformation across telecoms, supply chain, financial services, and insurance. She specializes in turning fragmented AI initiatives into scalable, production‑ready platforms that deliver measurable business impact. At Brambles, she unified AI teams and led the development of enterprise Gen AI and multi‑agent systems that enhanced operational efficiency and colleague experience. Previously at BT Group, she co‑architected and launched a multi‑tenant Gen AI platform supporting 15+ production use cases, generating multimillion‑pound value.
Akshita is passionate about responsible and agentic AI, simplifying the complex, and scaling teams and platforms that make AI work in the real world. She speaks globally on enterprise Gen AI adoption, governance, and the future of AI‑driven organizations.

Barry Smart has spent over 30 years in the tech industry; from developer to solution architect, business transformation manager to IT Director, and CTO of a £100m FinTech company. In 2020 Barry's passion for data and analytics led him to gain an MSc in Artificial Intelligence. He has a passion for simplifying the complex, and helping organisations use technology to transform and amplify their impact. He is Director of Data and AI at endjin, a small technology consultancy based in the UK, but with clients around the world.
