In this edition, we take a structured approach to Data & AI strategy. The session is divided into two parts:

Part 1 – Strategic Thinking We open by examining the current position: while data and AI investments continue to rise, many initiatives fail to move beyond pilots or deliver impact. From there, we outline the key elements of a clear AI strategy, address the strategic questions business leaders are facing, and zoom in on the operating model required to translate ambition into scalable, value-generating outcomes. Because as with any strategic endeavour, success depends on thinking several moves ahead.
Part 2 – From Discovery to Practice In the second part, we shift from strategy to action. We'll first explore how organisations can systematically identify and prioritise their strongest pieces — the AI opportunities with the highest strategic value. Then, we put theory into practice by showcasing a practical example that illustrates how the right moves translate into a real-world application with measurable business impact.
