🎤 First talk
Talk title:
Building a company centered entirely around data analytics
Speaker:
Patrick Da Silva, Senior Software Consultant at Wave Company
Topic:
Three years ago, I started dreaming of building an algorithmic trading company using timeseries data analytics, where I trade currencies such as USD, EUR, CAD, JPY, GBP, etc. (no crypto please!) without any real-time human intervention; literally a money-making machine. Now that company exists as an Oy, the product not yet; we can still look at ups-and-downs and discuss learnings made along the way, some technical and some practical.
