Generative AI and Machine Learning techniques have huge potential for transforming how users find and use data. On the eve of a tidal shift in our industry, AI/ML provides the potential to bridge the gap between user’s needs and data. This talk will examine different approaches for using AI/ML with search and discovery, and the use of data to answer these questions.

Jason Gilman is the AI/ML Applications Lead and a Principal Software Engineer at Element 84. He's built systems for understanding our planet for NASA and NOAA. At Element 84, he's currently focused on creating solutions using Generative AI and Machine Learning.
