Summer Picnic Mixer

Hello Members,
We are looking forward to our Summer Picnic Mixer on Saturday, August 2, 2025. We will have a great time meeting everyone from both of our dating groups. ALL AGES INVITED. You may bring family and friends, however, it is very important to let me know how many will be in your party. Wendy Thomson has graciously volunteered her lovely spacious grounds for our event.
When: Saturday. August 2, 2025
Time: 12:00 pm until we leave

When I get an definite head count, I will buy our hot dogs and hamburger meat and calculate how much to charge you to cover it. In addition to the meat we will need:
Paper plates, cups napkins & plastic utensils
Condiments
Potato Salad
Baked Beans
Chips
Soda and/or lemonade/ice tea
1 - 2 Large watermelons
Anything else you feel like bringing
We may need a few folding chairs
Please choose let me know which of the above items you will bring when you RSVP. I would appreciate it if you would do so ASAP and if you commit, please realize that others are counting on your participation, and do not cancel.
I believe our picnic will be great fun for all.
