Dating Decoded Group Meeting

Dating Decoded: Insight and Support Group for Early Dating
Details
Dating can be exciting, confusing, and sometimes frustrating. This group offers a supportive space to slow down and reflect on what happens for us in those early stages of connection — what draws us in, what holds us back, and how we make sense of our experiences.
In our first meeting, we’ll:
- Get to know each other and the intention behind the group
- Explore what brings each person to this conversation about dating and connection
- Begin noticing the patterns, hopes, and stories that shape how we relate
This group is facilitated by therapists from the California Family Institute and inspired by interpersonal and narrative therapy approaches. It’s not a dating event — it’s a collaborative, insight-oriented space to better understand yourself in relationships.
🕓 Mondays, 6–7:30pm
📅 Starting October 20
$20 per group
📍 In person at California Family Institute
