I am 65+ yrs old, retired and active outdoors person. There's safety in numbers as we hike the outdoors.
My rules:
```
Safety for all, no politics, respect others believes, sexual orientations, and race. Watching out for the safety of all is a must. You must stay with the group while hiking so no one gets lost. No pets allowed!
```
```
No smoking, no e-cigarettes, drugs, alcohol, pepper spray or guns allowed. Just you: dressed! Hiking shoes, a backpack, walking stick, water, snacks, sun screen lotion.
You must be able to meet us at the start of the trail. So you must have a car or get a ride with someone.
Any more I am more interested in flat trails and some small hills. My interest is being out walking enjoying nature not speed. Some days I go for 1 to 2 mile hikes and the longest are 8 miles round trips. My goal is to exercise keep active and enjoy nature, not interested in been in a hurry. I stop take pictures, listen to the wild life and smell the outdoors.
