Beauty Studio Lighting

Achieve stunning beauty portraits in "Beauty Lighting," a workshop designed to help you create glowing, professional-quality images. Led by David Arnold, this session focuses on soft, even lighting techniques ideal for beauty and fashion work.

This workshop explores three essential beauty setups:

• Look 1: Clamshell Lighting – Use a main light slightly above and in front of the subject with a reflector below to bounce light upward, creating even illumination and glowing skin.
• Look 2: Ring Light Effect – Use a ring light for uniform lighting and beautiful circular catchlights in the eyes.
• Look 3: Softbox Close-Up – Place a single softbox close to the subject for flawless, soft light that enhances facial features and textures.

After each 20-minute demo, participants will take turns shooting with a professional model who will change looks between setups.
